A part of the hospitality industry since 2006, Matt has served as the Enoch’s Executive Chef for over eight years. With a focus on artistically presented foods that pair well with a variety of wines (but can also stand well on their own for guests who prefer non-alcohol experiences), he consistently provides delicious menus for both casual and fine dining, intimate and corporate gatherings.
