Matt Hamilton, head chef at Enoch's Stomp, brings his culinary talents to Enoch’s Tyler by
creating the delicious, from-scratch menu found at Enoch’s Chomp. Executed and overseen by
our talented Kitchen Director, Daniel Metivier, we are proud to serve craft burgers, wood-fired
artisan pizzas, savory bowls, seasonal salads and more.

A part of the hospitality industry since 2006, Matt has served as the Enoch’s Executive Chef for over eight years. With a focus on artistically presented foods that pair well with a variety of wines (but can also stand well on their own for guests who prefer non-alcohol experiences), he consistently provides delicious menus for both casual and fine dining, intimate and corporate gatherings. For Matt there is deep joy in the creative, hands-on, always evolving features found in culinary arts – and you can taste it in every bite he prepares.
